AI integrations
An assistant can only use what a system actually provides. We connect those interfaces, map the fields and handle the failures that real operations produce.
Who it is for
Companies that already run catalogs, CRM, calendars or internal APIs and want them used in an assistant flow without rebuilding those systems.
What it includes
- Connection to existing APIs or other agreed interfaces
- Data mapping
- Authentication
- Error handling and fallbacks
- A written picture of what happens when the source is down
Deliverables
- Working integration for the agreed cases
- Mapping notes
- Documented error behavior
- Credentials and environment instructions for operators
What we need from you
- Non-production credentials where possible
- API or interface documentation
- Owners who can approve field mapping
- Honesty about rate limits and known bugs
Process
- 1
Inventory
What exists and what is reliable.
- 2
Contract

- 3

- 4

Technical notes
What if there is only a file export?
We treat that as a possible interface only if freshness, ownership and access are acceptable. It is often a temporary bridge, not a durable design.
Do you reverse-engineer undocumented systems?
No. We need a viable, permitted interface. If none exists, we say the integration is not feasible yet.
Questions
What if there is no API?
We look for another viable interface. If there is none, we do not promise an integration.
Will you store copies of our catalog?
Only if the design requires a cache you approve. The default is to query the source you name.

Which system should the assistant reach first?
Share the interface you have — even if it is incomplete. We will say whether it is enough for a first case.
