What a connected assistant can do for your company

A connected assistant is not a public chatbot with your logo. It is an AI agent the customer already uses — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot — that can read authorized sources and, when you allow it, start a next step in your systems. Xagair tools work inside those assistants.

Start from the customer sentence

Useful projects start with what the customer already says: “I need an option for five people this week.” Then: which system holds the answer, and whether the assistant only explains or also opens a request.

Useful actions

  • Answer with current data. Product, policy or schedule facts you still own.
  • Narrow options. Using availability or constraints, when the source is reliable.
  • Create a request. The same kind your team already handles.
  • Show the source. So a person can defend the answer.

Limits to set before any tool is built

  • What must never be invented.
  • Which actions need confirmation.
  • When a person must take over.
  • What to say when the source is down.

Three conversations that get mixed up

Connection

Can ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot query or act on your systems from inside the assistant? That is Xagair’s core.

Experience

Where the person talks to the assistant — a platform app, an internal tool, or another surface you already have.

Discovery

Whether models mention you unprompted. That is not guaranteed by a connection.

How to talk about it internally

Describe the customer action first, then the systems, then the AI agent. When we say assistants we mean ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot: that is where the tools run. Starting only from a brand name, without the action, still invites promises nobody can keep.

Write the customer sentence

Bring that sentence to a conversation. It is more useful than a list of vendors.
